Have you ever listened to the words of a song and wondered how the artist came up with them?  Or have you ever heard the name of a group and wondered how in the world they settled on that name?  Or, like me, do you just love learning trivia about a song or an artist so you can impress your friends at gatherings?  This site is dedicated to the telling of those stories.  Most of them are hearsay told by a roadie, or a producer, or the artists themselves.  Each story was told in an interview, or in a discussion back stage, or in a bar or restaurant, but each one is interesting and fun to retell.  And, though I cannot guarantee the complete truthfulness of all of them, I have found that if the story is retold with enough confidence the audience will believe every word.  So relax and read these blogs, and maybe learn something about classic rock that you never knew before.
